Jones Insurance expands department with Garner resident

Joseph Gupton of Garner has been added to the Group Benefits Department of Jones Insurance Agency Inc. The department is a rapidly growing part of the insurance agency.

Gupton’s background in construction management and business administration has helped propel him into the insurance business. He has an understanding of different business markets after spending three years in Costa Rica as an independent general contractor.

Gupton managed residential and commercial construction project across North Carolina for 16 years before becoming a licensed life, health, long-term care, property and casualty agent.
