The company that is being sued by two ConAgra workers says that its workers did not perform work in or above the pump room where investigators say last week’s explosion occurred.
In a statement issued yesterday, Rod Pettey, the attorney representing Southern Industrial Constructors, said that “[i]t does not appear that the work performed by Southern Industrial was in any way involved in the explosion.”
He said that they cannot share further details about the case because it is in litigation, but that the company is fully cooperating with investigators.

I’m curious how they can prove if work was or was not done after an explosion? This is interesting to me since most of the proof of burden would of been damaged in the inital explosion and following fire.
