Scottrade opens Garner branch

Scottrade, an online investment firm, will open its Garner office on Monday, July 13.

Located at White Oak Crossing, the branch will be a resource for investors with account-related questions. The firm does not provide investment advice, but stock brokers are available to provide customer service and give tutorials on Scottrade’s online trading services.

“While most of our customers trade online, our local offices allow us to provide a better customer experience for online investors,” said Rodger Riney, Scottrade founder and CEO.

Scottrade has more than 400 nationwide branch offices, including 11 in North Carolina. Other local branch offices are located in Cary, Raleigh and Durham.

Scottrade’s Garner branch office will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and can be reached at 919-772-4461. After-hours support is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, visit scottrade.com.
