Shaw Sanitation files lawsuit against Garner

Earlier today, the attorney for Shaw Sanitation Services filed a civil lawsuit in Wake County against the Town of Garner in connection with the Town Council’s decision earlier this month to bypass the company’s low bid for trash services.

“I’m not surprised by it,” said Mayor Ronnie Williams regarding the suit.
