As we approach the Nov 3rd, Election Date... I hope that the citizens of Garner think hard about the costly mistakes the current Town Council Members have made and the undue cost they have brought on the families of Garner.

Decisions like the Shaw Sanitation/All-Star Contract deal... The funding of an interest free loan for over $140,000 for 10 years to a businessman from Charlotte... and others are the reason that we need common sense at the Town Council Table.

Consider my run for the Town Council Seat... Arnie Osborn for Town Council

Does ths mean the Garner taxpayer must bear additional litigation costs to this $360,000 difference? ("not surprised")
Perhaps council or town manager should provide an estimate of those incremental costs to their award decision?
