Varsity summer league season ends

The Garner varsity summer league lost 3-2 to Knightdale Monday night, ending their quest for the playoff and capping their summer season. The Trojans finished 9-5. If they had won the game, the varsity summer league would have advanced to the playoffs for the first time.
