Annie Carlyle Bell, 86, of 210 Dullis Circle in Garner died Saturday, Nov. 14.
Throughout her life, Annie was a dedicated faithful servant in all of her church communities, more recently of Tippett’s Chapel Free Will Baptist Church in Clayton. She was predeceased by her husband, Alvin Victor Bell. A funeral service was held Monday, Nov. 16 at Tippett’s Chapel Free Will Baptist Church. The burial followed at Powhatan Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Clayton.
Surviving are son Jim Bell (and wife Anne) of Garner; daughters Ruby Harris (and husband Randy) of Garner and Vicky Howell (and husband John) of Zebulon; sisters Dorothy McLamb of Raleigh and Lucy Gray Martinez of Creedmoor; grandchildren Jennifer Holt, Nathan Bell, Sarah Bell, Jordan Bell, Jason Harris, Patrick Harris, Traci Howell, J. D. Howell (now serving in Iraq) and Melissa Szulczewski; great-granddaughter Carolina Harris.
