A part of Hwy 50 (Benson Road) will be closed to traffic this week for construction relating to a water main installation.

The closure, which began yesterday morning, is between West Main Street and West Garner Road. That part of the road will reopen to through traffic 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 29.
