Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Alan Holloway of Garner are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lena Nicole Holloway, to Mr. Bobby Eugene Carroll, son of Mrs. Julia Bethel of Ohio and Mr. Bobby Carroll of South Carolina.

The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Garner Senior High School and received her bachelor’s degree in education from East Carolina University. She is currently employed in Kinston teaching kindergarten and is continuing her graduate education at ECU.

The groom-to-be, a 2000 graduate of Uniogo High School in Chillicothe, Ohio, received his bachelor’s degree in business from Towson University. He is continuing his studies in pharmacy at Campbell University and is currently employed as a manager for Walgreens. Bobby is a staff sergeant in the N.C. Air National Guard with 145th Maintenance Unit in Charlotte.

Both families are extremely happy for the two of them and wish them nothing but love and happiness as they start the next chapter of their lives together.

Lena and Bobby have plans to be married July 10 with a planned honeymoon to the Mediterranean.
