Garner police briefs: March 30 through April 5

The following incidents were reported to the Garner Police Department between Tuesday, March 30 and Monday, April 5:

Burglars

Burglars broke into the Garner Woman’s Club at 230 Hwy 70 West between Saturday, March 27 and Monday, March 29. Nothing was stolen, but $200 in damages was reported.

Burglars broke into a home on the 100 block of Barslund Court between 11 p.m. Saturday, March 27 and 1 p.m. Sunday, March 28. They stole electronics worth $650, according to police reports.

Burglars broke into an apartment in the Bryan Woods apartment complex on the 900 block of Bryan Place between Monday, March 29 and Tuesday, March 30. They stole nearly $800 in tools and construction supplies.

Burglars broke into a home on the 1000 block of Oakwater Drive between 11:30 a.m. and 2:20 p.m. Tuesday, March 30. They stole a TV valued at $700.

Burglars slipped into a home on the 1300 block of Frederick Road between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Friday, April 2. They stole cash totaling $140.

Thefts from motor vehicles

A thief or thieves stole two catalytic converters off a pair of vehicles parked near Performance Radiator at 1834 Garner Station Blvd. between Saturday, March 27 and Monday, March 29. The items are valued at $900.

Motor vehicle thefts

A thief or thieves stole a red Solana motor scooter from outside Forest Hills Apartments at 917 7th Ave. between Thursday, March 18 and Monday, March 22. The scooter is worth $1,200.

Someone stole four recreational vehicles from a home on the 400 block of Bournemouth Lane between 11:30 p.m. Monday, March 29 and 9 a.m. Tuesday, March 30. The vehicles included a motorbike, a three wheeler and two four-wheel all-terrain vehicles valued at $8,200.
