Certified tax preparers from AARP are preparing free tax returns on Monday, April 14 at 1 p.m. for seniors at the Garner Senior Center, 205 East Garner Road. Seniors should call the Center at (919) 779-0122 to make an appointment.

The AARP tax preparers will also be at the Clayton Senior Center, 303 Dairy Road, on Friday, April 11 from 1-4 p.m. Call (919) 552-4350, after 12 p.m. daily, to make an appointment.

Free tax preparation ends April 15. A session to process returns for the economic stimulus checks will be held April 29 at the Garner Senior Center. For more information, call Gloria English, (919) 772-4285.
