Garner Soccer Association Holds Kick-Off Festival

Soccer players participated in a friendly scrimmage during Soccer Fest at Centennial Park on Aug. 14. Garner Soccer Association, which is affiliated with Capital Area Soccer League (CASL), held the festival to celebrate the beginning of the 2008 season.
